Roger (RuairÍ) Kelleher

Chief Executive Officer

Roger (RuairÍ) Kelleher is the CEO of EDelia Group. With over 35 years’ experience of developing coaching, mentoring and training programmes for public and private sector organisations, Roger cultivates a culture of rich learning, collaboration and empowerment  to the clients he supports.

Roger has a strong background in the education sector developing, delivering and assessing teacher education and coach education programmes. He has worked with the Department of Education and Skills in Ireland, the National Coaching and Training Centre at the University of Limerick and with sports’ governing bodies in Ireland, UK, France, and USA.  Roger is a personal executive coach to several high-profile business and sports performers.

Roger spent eight years developing, delivering and assessing the mentoring syllabus with the National Induction Programme for Teachers, now known as ‘Droichead’ and was on the steering committee of the Teaching Council of Ireland for three years. He also designed and delivers the mentoring modules on the Masters in Teaching and Learning at Munster Technological University.

Roger holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management, Educational Leadership and Administration from The Open University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from National University of Ireland, Maynooth and a BSc, Science / Education from University College Cork.  He is a former Associate with the Professional Development Service for Teachers (PDST), a former Associate of the National Induction Programme for Teachers (NIPT) and a member of the global Ethical Coach team.

Roger is an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, an accredited WBECS Team Coach with Global Team Coaching Institute, an accredited EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 practitioner, an accredited Strengths Profiler Coach, an accredited Gazing Red2Blue Performance Coach, an accredited JESS Resilience Coach, an accredited Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument Facilitator and an accredited Unconscious Bias awareness trainer.

Don Cullinane is a Director with Cullinane Moretta. With nearly 35 years’ experience as a Chartered Management Accountant, Don’s key strengths are in High Performance Team coaching, strategic planning, and conflict resolution / prevention.

Don has worked in financial services in London (Citibank and Barclays de Zoete Wedd), hospitality (Intercontinental Hotel Group) and publishing (Octopus Publishing Group plc). He has executive experience at CEO level in the travel and tourism sectors and was a Government appointee to the board of directors of Cork Airport Authority. Don is an approved Business Innovation Coach with the E.U. Commission and has coached over 100 individuals and teams with outstanding results.

Underpinning everything Don does is an analytical approach, a strong sense of integrity, a clarity of purpose and a deep knowledge of business and change.

Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork (Marketing & Business Policy).  He is a chartered management accountant with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a certified commercial mediator.

Don trained as a High-Performance Team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (London), an Executive and Business Coach in the UK in alternative dispute resolution practices with Mediators Institute of Ireland, and  Strategic Planning for CEOs – Irish Management Institute.

Marketing Manager

Laura Curtin is the founder of Platinum Brand Communications.  With twenty-five years’ experience providing an excellent standard of work and possessing exemplary people and project management skills, Laura prides herself on being a proactive and committed partner to the clients she supports.

Laura has worked for various global organisations developing and implementing the Marketing, Communications, Corporate Affairs and Community Affairs functions in many of them.  One of the highlights of her career was being the Corporate Affairs Manager for Cadbury’s sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

For several years, she has worked with SMEs, sole traders, and local community organisations developing their marketing functions, managing communications campaigns, and implementing GDPR compliance programmes. Laura has provided mentoring support and conducted training workshops for Local Enterprise Offices and Skillsnet, was a mentor with the LEO Secondary School’s Enterprise programme and lectured part-time in the Cork College of Commerce.  In addition, she currently is a mentor with the Munster Technological University Joint Mentorship programme.

Underpinning everything Laura does is a strong sense of integrity, excellence, creativity and positivity.  She is very passionate about fostering entrepreneurship, creating dynamic learning environments, building collaborative relationships, and instilling a responsible culture around data privacy.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing & IT) from the University of Limerick and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.  She recently obtained the IITD Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development, and QQI Level 6 Training and Development Special Purpose Award.  In addition, she is an accredited Employer Branding Professional with the Employer Branding Academy.

Laura is a member of the Trainers’ Learning Skillnet, the Marketing Institute of Ireland, and the Digital Marketing Institute.
